Our skilled team brings extensive experience in community engagement to facilitate individuals' success in competitive employment. They are trusted messengers within the communities they serve, fostering public trust—a cornerstone of public health. Grounded in transparency, they provide continuous support to job seekers throughout the pre-employment, hiring, and employment phases.
Our direct service staff comprises certified behavioral health professionals, including peer navigators with invaluable lived experiences. Additionally, our employment support specialists act as job coaches, aiding consumers in employment and post-secondary education preparation. Benefit counselors provide personalized financial education and planning to enhance consumers' financial wellness.

We aim to ensure equitable access to culturally informed supported employment resources in Baltimore City, empowering our vulnerable community members and enhancing their quality of life.
The mission of Each Teach Inc. is to advance gainful employment for the marginalized workforce. Including individuals with disabilities, those with justice involvement, LGBTQ+ individuals, Indigenous peoples, and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
We meet our mission through trauma-informed workforce development and healing centered and antiracist community education. We collaborate with community-based service providers to address systemic barriers and meet comprehensive needs. Our efforts have increased retention rates among our partners and contributed to reducing criminal recidivism while fostering resilience through gainful employment in underserved communities.

Each Teach, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Baltimore City since August 2010. We offer culturally adaptive, linguistically appropriate workforce and community education services.
Our focus is on marginalized individuals with disabilities and those facing behavioral health challenges, justice involvement, and other barriers to employment. T
Each Teach, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Baltimore City since August 2010. We offer culturally adaptive, linguistically appropriate workforce and community education services.
Our focus is on marginalized individuals with disabilities and those facing behavioral health challenges, justice involvement, and other barriers to employment. Through collaborations with community organizations, we provide trauma-informed employment services, including the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. IPS supports individuals in finding and maintaining jobs of their choice, with employment as the primary goal. Our programs assist all willing participants, providing support to both the participant and employer for sustained employment.
